I had a really good lunch here today and I had to report back. I've passed by this business for years now and today I came in as a happy accident as one of the other spots in this shopping center I tried to frequent was closed. Craving something new I saw Cabo Beach Grill and decided to give it a go.
This spot is a no frills Americanized Mexican restaurant. It's giving beachy, almost like a more mom and pop Baja Fresh? The decor inside and out was cute, very on theme for a Cabo type beach vibe. They put effort into their decor and brand which I can appreciate. You order at the counter and then they'll bring your food to your table.

Food is always good, service is friendly and prompt, and prices are reasonable.
I've been there at least a dozen times and eaten various dishes. This isn't high end pricey cuisine but classic Mexican food along the lines of Lalo's. Most times I see new specials they hadn't made before.
Give Cabo Beach Grill a try, please. I want them to be in Ventura at least as long as I am!"
